Nyckelbo Youth Hostel is a perfect starting point for trips into the area.

There’s a lot to see in north-western Skåne and Nyckelbo is a perfect “base station” to come back to after
a day out.

The Youth Hostel is located near Helsingborg. There you can visit for example Kärnan, Dunkers Kulturhus, Norra hamnen and Fredriksdals friluftsmueum. Or would you like to take the ferry over to Helsingör and spend the day in Denmark? Visit Kronborgs castle and Louisiana Humlebaek – Museum of Modern Art – or continue to the Tivoli in Copenhagen.

You can also take the boat over to Ven and have a cosy picnic by the sea (Backafallen). Don’t miss the opportunity to visit Uranieborg by Tycho Brahe. There are daily ferry connections from and to Landskrona. During summer months there are ferries going from and to Råå (south of Helsingborg) as well.

Other recommended sights: Höganäs Keramik, Krapperup Castle, Kullabergs national park, with the lovely town Mölle, Flickorna Lundgren (Café, with the known vanilla hearts) or eat out at ”Rut på Skäret”.
